FA Awards Fast Track FC Three Points Following Glorious United FC No-Show

Fast Track FC has been officially awarded three (3) points and three (3) goals for Matchweek 3 of the Ashanti Regional Division Two League after Glorious United FC failed to honour the fixture.

In a ruling delivered on December 12, 2025, the Ashanti Regional Football Association Disciplinary Committee confirmed that Glorious United FC did not show up for the scheduled Week 3 match against Fast Track FC. The club admitted responsibility, citing financial challenges as the reason for their absence.

After reviewing reports from match officials and evidence presented, the Committee ruled in favour of Fast Track FC. In line with the GFA/RFA League Regulations (2021), the FA:

  • Declared Fast Track FC winners of the fixture
  • Awarded 3 points and 3 goals to Fast Track FC
  • Imposed a fine of GH¢500.00 on Glorious United FC

The ruling was made in accordance with Article 33, Clause 1(f) and Article 33, Clause 5(b) of the GFA/RFA League Regulations, with the Committee noting the decision serves as a deterrent to other clubs.

This decision boosts Fast Track FC’s standing in Zone 4 as the team continues its 2025/26 league campaign.
