Our workforce data shows:

– 40% female staff, 60% male staff

– 58% female representation in leadership roles

– 5% pay gap between male and female employees

3. Objectives and Actions;

– Objective: Improve work-life balance

    – Action 1: Introduce flexible working hours (8am-3:30pm, remote work)

    – Action 2: Enhance parental leave policy (paid leave, childcare support, 2 months maternity leave with pay)

– Objective: Increase gender balance in leadership

    – Action 1: Targeted recruitment for leadership roles

    – Action 2: Mentorship program for female staff
