Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in both player development and achieving competitive results. As the Head Coach, you will lead training sessions, talents identification, develop game strategies, and mentor our players to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute training sessions tailored to player development and team performance.
– Develop and implement game strategies and tactics.
– Monitor and evaluate player performance and progress.
– Provide mentorship and guidance to players, fostering both their personal and athletic growth.
– Collaborate with coaching staff and management to align with the club’s goals and vision.
– Ensure adherence to the club’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
– Valid Coaching License B.
– Minimum of 3 to 5 years of coaching experience.
– Proven ability to develop young talent and achieve competitive results.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with coaching staff and management.
– Passion for football and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Attributes:
– Experience in youth football development.
– A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
